Hot & Enchanting, De La Cruz Saga, Free Chapter Nine

Hot & Enchanting, De La Cruz Saga

Chapter Nine

The next day Jacki goes for a walk early in the morning, praying that Ricky is still asleep. Oh si, his carro is there. That means that he didn’t stay out all night, thinks Jacki smiling strolling down the walkway.girl-fashion-photography-love-cute-Favim.com-636608_large
Si now I’m going shopping with Jessy. I want to get some cute outfits, thinks Jacki. She walks into her casa going directly to her room to make a list. Jacki walks out of her cuarto looking for Jessy. “Mama that smells awesome. Where’s Jessy?” asks Jacki getting some milk.  “I’d like to go to the mall.”
“Mi hija, Jessy had to go to work. She has an appointment with a señora that wants to redecorate her casa. She will be back after lunch,” replies Mama Ana smiling.
“Okay, I will wait for her. I will read my romance novel,” says Jacki taking a bite of her breakfast burrito.  “Mama this is real delicious, gracias.”
“Mi hija, did you have fun last night at the party?” asks Mama Ana smiling. “How is Angela doing?’
“Angela is doing great. I did enjoy myself. We both had lots of fun,” replies Jacki blushing. “The party was full of chicos.”
“Oh si, did you meet a good Chico?” asks Mama Ana nodding, observing Jacki. I wonder why Jacki is blushing. Did she like a particular Chico, contemplates Mama Ana with pleasure.
“Si mama, there were several nice chicos. I did dance a lot,” replies Jacki smiling. “Mama I’m going to my room to read.”
“Si mi hija, you relax. I know that you work hard all week,” says Mama Ana smiling cleaning up the kitchen.
Oh dios mio, I can’t allow my mama to learn about Ricky and what happened. I was so embarrassed and upset that I was lying to my mama, thinks Jacki walking into her room.
She walks over to her cama and lays down thinking of Ricky. I wonder what he’s doing Jacki getting readytoday and if he’s thinking of me. I bet that he’s forgotten all about me and is now with another chica, thinks Jacki wiping her tears. She falls asleep, emotionally exhausted.
♥ ♥ ♥
Damn it all to hell. I need to see my hot muñeca. Last night was not enough, I need her, thinks Ricky looking at his shaft in the mirror.
Oh yeah, she really marked me. It was awesome watching her sweet mouth on me. Ricky grins examining all the marks that she made.
I wonder what she’s doing. The only reason that I’m feliz is because I know that she lives somewhere around here, and she works for la familia. I also know that she
doesn’t sleep around. Si, she’s exactly what I always wanted. She’s hermosa, smart, and drives me locoOh si, she’s mia, only mia for eternity.
Ricky takes a quick shower making sure to wear a t-shirt under his shirt. I don’t need to have my Mama noticing all of these love marks, thinks Ricky grinning. I’m so hungry.
Ricky walks down the hall and into the kitchen. “Buenos dias,” says Ricky to his padres and her hand. “I thinking of going to the mall,” says Ricky sitting down next to Tony. “Do you want to go Tony?”
“Okay, I need to buy some biker boots. Mine are all messed up,” replies Tony taking a bite of his bagel. “Where did you go last night? You got home late.”
“Buenos dias mi hijo,” says Papa Javier nodding at his eldest hijo observing his joy.
“Si mi hijo, buenos dias,” says Mama Lupe smiling.
“I went to my amigo’s birthday party. I thought it was going to be only a dinner party. That’s why I didn’t take you locos with me,” says Ricky grinning. Oh yeah, that wouldn’t have turned out great. I wouldn’t have had the chance to make love to my hot muñeca, ponders Ricky.
“Mama where are las bebes?” asks Tony looking at his mama. “I thought that Claudia was home this weekend.”
“No mi hijo. Claudia has training and Vero is in Europe,” replies Mama Lupe.
“Ricky, Christian and Alex want to go to the club,” says Tony turning to look at Ricky. Hmmm, he’s acting weird. He’s taking his sweet time to respond. He’s usually on it.
Okay I’ll go,” replies Ricky nodding. Oh damn. I don’t really want to go. I want to hunt down my hot muñeca. But I don’t know where she lives. He closes his eyes and sees her hermosos eyes and awesome smile.
Ricky spends the weekend at home and hanging out with los primos. He ignores all the phone calls from las viejas locas. He spends time with his padres and primos.
Early Monday morning Ricky is anxious to get to work. Yeah, I need to get to work and see if I can see my hot muñeca. Damn I need her. It was incredibly hard this weekend. All I could think of was having her in my arms and in my cama, ponders Ricky parking in his parking spot.
He quickly walks towards the elevators praying that he runs into Jacki. Damn it all to hell. I know that she’s here in my building and I can’t look for her. This is pure hell, ponders Ricky walking to his office.
Ricky walks into the elevator and pushes the button. He gets off the elevator. Well it’s still early. I’m going to work out and get my frustrations and need out. I can’t stand being this hot for her, thinks Ricky.
He drops off his portfolio at his office and grabs his bag leaving his suit jacket in the office. He quickly strides down the hall towards the gym. Oh si, the gym is empty, thinks Ricky walking to the men’s locker room.  Not noticing that Jacki is there. She’s is in the restroom adjusting her hair.
She walks out of the restroom and runs into Ricky. He quickly holds her close gazing into her hermosos eyes. “Don’t run from me. You’re driving me loco and I need you,” says Ricky gazing into her huge hazel eyes full of pasión.
Jacki returns his gaze, responding to his need. Si, I want him again. I need him, thinks Jacki getting closer to Ricky without thinking.
Ricky moans, taking her mouth in a deep hungry beso. He picks her up and Jacki wraps her legs around his waist returning the hot beso. She holds on to his shoulders. 1c6a67bf27459bf6c3cd8811d88b95aeHe enters the men’s locker room heading to the special room for massages. He walks into the room and kicks it close. He locks the door taking her to the massage table.
He puts Jacki on the edge of the table, pulling up her sport bra. He feels Jacki move her hand into his shorts, stroking his hot throbbing shaft.  He moves down to her sweet nipples, devouring one with hot pasión and caressing the other breast.
“Oh yeah, I need you,” moans Jacki wrapping her hand at the base of his shaft and with the other hand caressing the crown.
Ricky moves his hand down and pulls off her shorts, pushing her back onto the table. “I need to taste your hot heart,” moans Ricky lapping up her sweet honey, and sucking her delicious heart.
“Si, more,” moans Jacki pulling him closer and wrapping her legs around his neck.  “Oh si, that feels awesome.”
Ricky goes crazy with pasión, devouring her sweet hot heart, and rubbing his face. Oh yeah, I love her smell, her taste, thinks Ricky.  He looks up into her passionate face and watches her play with her beautiful breasts.
“You’re so incredible and I love your sweet heart,” says Ricky pushing down his shorts with desperation.  He pulls her closer to the edge of the table and plunges deep and
fast into her hot heart taking her quick. “Oh yeah muñeca, your hot heart is amazing.”
Jacki gazes into his hermosos green eyes and sees his hot pasión. Si, he’s beautiful and I love his shaft, thinks Jacki pulling him down for another hot beso.

Ricky takes both of her hands into his and gazes deeply into her eyes as they reach

After a few moments, Ricky slides
out. He picks her up and goes to the shower in the room. They take a shower making love again with hot passionate hunger. their release together, touching and bonding their almas.
“I need to hurry and get dressed. I have to start to work.” says Jacki pulling on her clothes blushing. Hmmm, this is so embarrassing. We made love again and this time I wasn't drunk. I know that I can’t blame it on the alcohol. I’m such a wanton, thinks Jacki looking at his delicious aroused shaft. I still want more.
Ricky watches her get dressed and also recognizes that she still wants more. He walks over to her and pulls her into his arms, kissing her deeply.
Oh si, he’s awesome, thinks Jacki grabbing his hot shaft. She moans with pasión, loving to feel him in her hands.
Ricky pulls her up unto the table and pulls down her shorts to taste and devour her heart with hunger and desperation.
Jacki holds onto his head and pulls him closer to her heart. “Si, I want more.” says Jacki loving his mouth on her heart.
He’s dazed from pasión, Ricky loves her. Damn she’s so hot, I love that her heart is waxed. I never realized how hot it is.
He sucks her precious nub, and laps up all of her sweet honey. She drives me loco and I’m high on her taste, thinks Ricky. He then takes her not holding back his hot pasión.
Jacki holds onto Ricky with amor and satisfaction. He loves making love with me. I wonder if he truly likes me more than just for a few times, thinks Jacki.  “I have to get to work,” says Jacki looking into his eyes, blushing.
Ricky smiles and pulls away. “Yes, I have to get to work. I need to get your information. You’re driving me loco,” says Ricky looking down at the tattoo.
Oh yeah, it looks hot to see my name on her hip so close to her sweet heart. I know that she’s mia, only mia for eternity. Why doesn’t she give me her name and the information that I want? I need her near me, ponders Ricky looking up.
“I have to hurry, look what time it is,” says Jacki sliding off the table and running into the shower. Damn it, it’s late. I need to hurry. I hope that no one is in the gym, contemplates Jacki. She quickly showers and walks out dressed.
Ricky looks at her with frustration. There she goes running off again, thinks Ricky. He watches Jacki put on her shoes. She turns and walks over to him, pulling him down for a hot beso.
“I need to see you later tonight.” says Ricky watching her leave. “I want to have lunch with you.”
“We can talk later, I have to go,” says Jacki looking at the clock.
Ricky goes and takes a shower. He hurries back to his office. They didn’t work out at the gym, but they both satisfied their hunger.
Jacki has a hard time concentrating at work and keeps thinking of Ricky. Uh, he said that he wants to see me later. Should I believe that he’s interested in me? I don’t know if he’s for real. I love making love with Ricky, thinks Jacki biting her lower lip. Ricky marked her neck and several other areas.
Jacki and Ricky didn’t see each other for lunch. Ricky couldn’t go looking for her. Damn it all to hell. My hot muñeca is driving me loco. I don’t know where to call her. I need her.  All I think about is her sweet heart. She has me all worked up and I can’t work, thinks Ricky running his hands through his hair. Ricky looks out the window praying to see her outside the building.
The next few days Ricky is unable to get near Jacki. She didn't go to the gym in the morning or in the afternoon. Ricky had meetings that went passed the lunch hour. This is so damn frustrating, I haven’t seen her. I have come in to work early and gone to the gym. I have also gone looking for her after work. She is not showing. I wonder if she’s sick or if she changed her mind about us, ponders Ricky. He walks away from the window to walk to his bathroom. He takes a quick cold shower.
Jacki is walking to her carro late in the evening after finishing up her work. It has been real busy and I haven’t had time to work out. I wonder if Ricky has gone to the gym. Hmmm, did he look for me? I miss him. I need him. It’s so hard at night when my body wants him near and inside. I’m always aching for him. I’m so wanton, contemplates Jacki.

The Red Veil Series by Elizabeth Marx

Hello Elizabeth, thank you for visiting. Please tell us a little  about your writing and books.
I change from minute to minute, but lately I’ve been stuck on Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream as my favorite food group, that’s just until the Girl Scout Cookies arrive. I collect vintage jewelry and I have amassed enough shoes to make Imelda Marcos proud. I love art fairs, flea markets, and resale bookstores. I have an artist’s temperament, I believe in true love, and that no one has to be a victim of his or her circumstances.
How did you decide to enter the world of writing?

I won a writing contest in grade school and I’ve been writing ever since. About seven years ago, I started writing a novel, but I never finished it, it’s under my bed collecting dust bunnies. My second book was Binding Arbitration and before I published it I won a writing contest with it, so I figured it was ready for the masses.
What does your family think of your writing?
Ceasel the Nosferatu Prince
They are all very excited about my work and supportive. Although, I’m sure they all think I work too many hours and I do, but that’s what an author has to do to get their work in the hands of readers.
Where do you get your ideas?
From everywhere and everything I see, so movies, books, and research. For the Red Veil Series when I started researching vampires, there were so many different imaginings of what vampires could be and I’m not talking about the sparkly kind, but the scary kind. When you come across images like the Nosferatu, which are very demon like, they leave an impression. I knew I wanted to do some world building and have several clans of vampires knowing that there would be a power struggle inherently between them.
Can you tell us a little about your book?

There are two titles in the Red Veil Series, the first, Descent of Blood, is about how the seven Clans of Cain were united under the House of Imperials by a very powerful vampire during the War of the Roses. The second book, Ascent of Blood, is set in 1990 and tells the story of the progeny of the first book meet with new challenges in the modern world. Not only is there a continuing power struggle among the houses, but also there’s a battle brewing between modern science to recreate life and legend and myth. Each title has a smoking hot, determined, and ruthless vampire who is used to having things go his way, until they fall under the power of the red veil, which is all consuming attraction. Unfortunately, both father and son fall for fragile humans, but humans have a way of being resourceful and of shaking up family trees.
What’s your writing process?
I usually come up with an idea or concept and I write a few scenes off that. Then I create a rough outline/timeline of events and scenes that have to happen. During this process I form a concrete idea of how the climax will occur. Then I go back and develop the scenes that follow the outline. Then I flush out the scenes by writing them, do research along the way and start to fill in the fine details. Finally, as I edit I make sure I don’t have any gaps or inconsistencies in the story. Then I send it to my editor and find some beta readers.
What was the hardest part when you were writing your book?
Finding the time to actually write. Promoting, advertising and all the marketing we have to do to get our product in front of readers takes enormous chunks of time and energy, sometimes its easy to get sidetracked and forget to actually write.
What influenced or inspired you to write?
My mother was an exceptional writer in spite of the fact that she never published anything. She instilled in me a deep and abiding love for books and storytelling.
Was there a scene that you didn’t add or removed in your finished work?
Not in either Descent of Blood or Ascent of Blood, but I learned while writing Binding Arbitration sometimes you as the author need to know certain things, but just because you need to flesh that information out, it doesn’t mean you need to write it out. Sometime you’re the only one who needs to know certain information, not your audience or other characters.
Do you have a favorite character from the book?

Charlie Hannum as Cain
I think I’d have to go with Cain; he appears in both Descent of Blood and Ascent of Blood. Cain is a very old vampire and we don’t exactly who he really is or how long he’s been around. He’s very mysterious but trustworthy, stern but funny, sexy but aloof. We are only given hints about what he knows and who he really is. He is charming, determined, and very matter-of-fact.
Do you already know what to write next? Can you tell us?
I’m working on a New Adult title: Stained. Scarlett is a Yankee girl who has strong southern roots that she has to face in order to uncover the truth about who she really is while trying to avoid falling in love.
Where can we find out more about you and your books?
Also, both of my series are on sale right now!

Thanks so much for having me,
Elizabeth Marx

Thank you Elizabeth it has been a pleasure.

So Eden by Elle H. Quinn

We have visiting Elle H. Quinn, author of So Eden. Elle please tell us a little bit about yourself.
Born, and raised in Ravenna, Ohio, from a large family of six children. My parents were married for over 40 years, Father passed; my mother is his earth angel.  My heritage is part Russian Jew, French and Native American Indian. I’m a New-Age Christian, “Undefined, a free-spirit and thinks out-side the box.”
The person who inspired me the most was my grandmother Helen aka Alenna. She was a huge influence on me, sparking my profound interest in paranormal activities and historical events.
My ex husband S. Charles Bennett the III, influenced me greatly, still does—had mentored and encouraged me to open an interior design firm in 1997 – 2008, in Naples, FL. Currently, I would classify him as a great ex husband, stepfather to my children and supports my dream to be a successful author. Moved to Los Angeles in 2005...I have three amazing children, two daughters, Adella, Haley and one son Quinton, in that order and one grandson Hayden Grey.
My daughter Haley is currently on the verge of stardom...just filmed her eighth movie, starring as a lead, opposite Christian Bale, in a Terrance Malick film.  She has had lead roles, starring opposite, Hugh Grant, Drew Barrymoore, Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston and Nick Nolte...Ashley Green and many more....
I currently resided with my boyfriend, business partner and biggest supporter Patrick Neiswinter. He’s my Fifty Shades of Wonderful.
How did you decided to enter the world of writing?
A very close friend and author Jr Rain inspired my writing technique the most. I met him when I lived in Los Angeles, in 2005---I lived there for 5 years, with my daughter Haley, running her to auditions and in my spare time I wrote 130 page screen play, “False Dichotomy,” a psychological serial killer mystery. Jr Rain, mentored me, advised and helped me through the learning curve.
What does your family think of your writing?
My family is very supportive, as is my tall, dark and handsome boyfriend Patrick Neiswinter, who is also a creative, and amazing author.
Where do you get your ideas?
Mostly bits and pieces from real life events...combined with my outlandish imagination!
Can you tell us a little about your book?
My current novel named “So Eden” Pages of Eden Trilogy.

Every journey into the past is complicated by delusions, false memories, false namings of real events. Adrienne Rich.

The Pages of Eden Trilogy is a layered paranormal mystery and a love story that will raise your blood pressure! It will make you laugh, tingle, wish, and dream, investigate and cry! Above all So Eden will make you want fall in love...

The first part the trilogy, “So Eden, One night”...opens with Brielle Eden, the protagonist, waking up after a terrible, unknown incident and finds herself institutionalized in a psyche ward of a Parisian hospital. Unfortunately, Brielle’s short-term memory seems to have escaped her. Therefore, she can’t explain how she sustained her bodily injures, amongst exhibiting other questionable symptoms to the hospital’s staff.

The hospital’s Chief of Psychiatry, Dr Tagorski discovers that a young female bearing the same birth name as Brielle Eden, who also had the same rare blood type, and who was the same age as Brielle, had tragically died six months before the Jane Doe (Brielle Eden) had arrived, who claims to be the one and only Brielle Eden.

When the doctor shares this information with Brielle, she believes it’s a simple coincidence that the deceased female shares so many of her same traits. Especially, since she was born in America and the deceased woman was born in Paris, they can not be one in the same! After all, if you lose your short-term memory you still retain your identity, right?

Regardless, the doctor feels Brielle is either an imposter who is stealing the decease’s identity, or that she is suffering from post-traumatic stress and has latched onto the name Brielle Eden, because it was the first name she had heard when she woke up from a comatose state.

To thicken the plot...

A tall, dark and mysterious visitor enters into Brielle’s hospital room when she was left unattended. This man captured her interest for multiple reasons: His incredibly good looks, penetrating voice, and of course, what he had said to her—a warning that she couldn’t shake!

At this point, Brielle is forced to face her demons, and to take a journey into her past, beyond the years of her life! You will understand (what it means beyond the years of her life upon reading) In this journey she may discover that “true love” is the window that leads to the journey of the soul...or does it lead to heartache, when dark secrets are revealed?

More details...

The Pages of Eden Trilogy unfolds in the city of Paris! Brielle Eden is a romance author from NYC, who moves to Paris to escape from a broken relationship. In the old brownstone where Brielle resides, she encounters paranormal occurrences—however, she isn’t sure if these incidents are her vivid dreams, her wild imagination or, if, in fact, she suffers from schizophrenia.

Could be TMI...possible spoiler.

Brielle has valid reasons to believe she may have a mental disorder, because of a childhood secret that she had kept from her family and peers. Brielle communicated with a disembodied voice that only she could hear, and who spoke to her inside her head for the first eighteen years of her life. And, at that point they finally vanished, freeing her mind and daily activities. Poof!

Years, later in Paris, more than the voice in her head had returned...Brielle soon discovers evidence that she is being stalked, romanced and guided by three separate otherworldly entities.

Will Brielle discover she is, in fact, mentally ill? Or, will she unleash a secret worth sharing with the world? Will she recognize love, or will she run from the reality of it?
What is your writing process?

I do not use an outline...I free flow write, usually starting at the end and add the middle and then the beginning. Then as an artist would do...I retrace my brush strokes and repaint the entire canvas -- adding touches of color to each scene.
I proceed by with doing my own formatting, book covers and then send off to editor.

What was the hardest part for you when working on your book?

Pulling myself away after 13 hours of writing to eat. Ha! That’s the truth!

What influenced or inspired you to write?

After having had exposure to the inside world of Hollywood and being behind the scene on many movie sets, I knew I had found my true passion to write.

From a young age, I have always loved to watch movies such as, Perry Mason, Iron-side and Matlock. Low and behold, it was an honor to have had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with the man who producer these classic TV series, “Paul Mason.”

I am a huge fan of crime scene series, CSI, Criminal Minds, Numbers and LA Law and Cold Case. J

I am also a huge fan of Alfred Hitchcock...I was tickled pink when a savvy editor compared my  “False Dichotomy” screenplay to Hitchcock’s plot style.

My ultimate goal is to write screenplays/novels that have the potential to become movies, and to create mysterious plotlines that the audience can’t figure out the catch/ending in the first 20 minutes into the movie. Having said that, I don’t like it when the author/ writes an ending of a movie/book etc...that makes you want to throw the book/film across the room. I feel I have accomplished this with “False Dichotomy” the screenplay. Which, I am currently converting it into a fast-pace novel.

Was there a scene that you didn’t add or you removed in your finished work?

In my “So Eden” Trilogy my answer is no. I can’t say there were any deleted scenes.  However, in my screenplay “False Dichotomy” I was challenged to “cut-out” 30 pages or more...that was tough, because a screenplay is typically no longer than 120 pages. As a rule of thumb, that’s about a minute per page. When I finished the first draft, I had 160 pages. Yikes! I believe it’s currently 130 pages. The cool thing is when I convert it into a novel I will be able to “add” those missing scenes back into the storyline.

Do you have a favorite character (from you're book)? Why?

Yes....
The main character is one of my favs, because you get a lot of insight, background information on how her life unfolds from childhood to being an adult...and who influenced her most. Her character is vividly developed, going from being a spoiled and selfish young girl into a lovely woman who learns to make sacrifices for others, at the risk of her own fate. She’s the kind of person that could be every girl’s best friend, the girl next door, or an America sweetheart celebrity who wouldn’t turn her nose into the air when a fan tries to interact. Brielle is beautiful but doesn’t know it, or if she does she doesn’t use her “looks” per se to get what she wants.

However, one of my other favorite character’s is Nuilley,

Brielle’s best friend, because she is a “no holds bar” kind

of girl...says what she is thinking and acts on it without

thinking past her nose.

Do you already know what to write next? Can you tell us?

Yes...it’s a “who done it” mystery serial killer plot. Lots of twist and turns and WILL --- I promise, keep the reader intrigued and guessing “who done it” to the mind-blowing end!!!! I can reveal there are two climatic endings...that will make the reader’s jaw drop!!!

Where can we find more information about you and your books?

Kindle Amazon / Face book Elle H. Quinn...and I am currently in the process of developing a website. TBD

Do you have any last words?
Wishing for the world to know my name and like me and the novels I write!
Elle it has been a pleasure learning about you and your books. Best wishes in your writing career.

To Paris in May is my number one choice, because, it’s a great time of the year to be outdoors. There’s so much to do and see in Paris. The energy in Paris is buzzing. I could stand in the center of the bridges, just looking over the city and people watch all day long. I love the nostalgic design of the architecture. The natives are friendly, laid-back and enjoy long conversations, which is appealing. The pasties are to die for; so yummy they melt in your mouth. You can taste the rich cream, eggs and vanilla, swirling over your palette in every bite! And of course, I can’t forget to mention the melodic, romantic tones of the French accent, particularly, a man’s accent in my case! A simple hello,  “bonjour” spoken with an authentic French accent sounds like poetry!

Clinton Eastwood...I can't put my finger on why him, other than he still is so good looking to me for his age-- but there’s something about him, that rings an old soul. I’m drawn to those who are possessed by old souls.
I want to invite   -------------- to dinner. Why?
Martha Stewart. So, I can learn some kewl cooking tips.
My dream is to?
My dream is to reside in Paris in the springtime, Seattle during the summer and LA in the winter. I don’t like staying in one place too long. My wish is to live forever and to write until that may end, tell stories that will touch the emotions of the readers—to bring laughter to someone’s life...and, to create intriguing plotlines that will provide an impact in the lives of the readers, whether that is great, or small...but of some measure!
My favorite book is?
There’s so many for many different moods. Jr. Rain’s Samantha Moon series...the series is witty, with relatable characters and strong plotlines. Bridges Over Madison County, a forlorn, reaching and tear jerking plot. I enjoyed reading many others, E. L. James, was fun...Into The Darkest Corner by Elizabeth Haynes was suspenseful. Ria Cantrell, Celtic Fury, a historical romance novel. Touch of Crimson by Sylvia Day, Plain Jane by Carolyn McCray, Anne Rice, James Patterson, HT Night, Eve Paulain. I have so many favorites...and not enough paper to mention them all.
