We have today the awesome Tania Elizabeth. Hi Tania thanks for
visiting. Tania tell us a little bit about yourself.
First and foremost, I am a mum of three
divine angels. They are my inspiration, my every breath. We live on the sunny
east coast of Queensland, Australia. As they say, beautiful one day, picture
perfect the next. Between the golden beaches and the rainforest of the
hinterlands, I couldn’t ask for a more stunning place to live. As a single mum,
my life is full. I do believe as mothers, we become glorified taxi drivers,
amongst all other things.
How did you decided to enter the world of writing?
It began 2 years ago when I went on my
own journey of self discovery and learnt the true meaning of I LOVE ME, from
there I gained the confidence to begin my true path of having the world read my
words and have you all become part of my world.
What does your family think of your writing?
My children are incredibly proud of
their mummy. My daughter in fact did a speech on her mum earlier in the year
for school, which only pulled at my heartstrings. There are times that they
talk up my work so much so, that I think I may have to put them on a payroll
;).
Where do you get your ideas?
Honestly, they come from a few places.
One being from my love of faeries, which began at a very young age. Then you
have my own personal experiences, of which become part of many elements within
the words. And then you have that of my higher self, my intuition, of which
serves me very well in all aspects of my life.
Can
you tell us a little about your book?
The
Tier of Eternal Grace is a captivating fantasy of magic and passion, of love
and of loathe. All of which is then wound into the truths of reality, as each
word enchants the reader with its depiction of the faerie realm, and the
exploits of the faeries themselves. Book One of the series, ‘The Moon Clearing’
is an immersive tale of mysticism and adventure, of spiritual and sensual
intent that shall enrapture your every sense.
What
is your writing process?
My
writing process is one of . . . tuck the kids into bed, make a cup of coffee,
grab chocolate and/or popcorn, sit and centre myself for a few minutes, and
then just fly like the wind. The words will always come if only you believe.
What
was the hardest part for you when working on your book?
The sleepless nights. I would love to think that I
can sit and focus solely on my writing in the hours of the daylight, though
very rarely is this a capability of my own. Just as I know this is how many
other authors work also. So, hats off to us all I say J
What
influenced or inspired you to write?
At the age of 11, I began writing poetry almost
daily. This became my catharsis. Over the years and well into adult hood, I
continued to write poetry and short stories as a form of release. Always
dreaming the dream, that one day I would become a published writer, though
until two years ago, never having the confidence to show anyone my work.
Was
there a scene that you didn’t add or you removed in your finished work?
No. Besides the generalized
editing process, the storyline never changed.
Do you have a favorite character (from you're book)? Why?
Tatiana Grace, the queen of Eterna Fadas. For she is of strength and
wisdom. Her only stance being one of love and peace; no regret or judgement.
She is a woman of whom we can all admire.
Do
you already know what to write next? Can you tell us?
I am currently writing the second book to the
trilogy ‘The Mirrors Shadow’. This will be released later this year. Book three
will be released in the early part of 2014.
Where
can we find more information about you and your books?
Via all social media avenues. Facebook, Goodreads,
Twitter, my Blog. All of which I remain as diligent and proactive with all my
followers/friends as I possibly can. Much of what I write on these pages is of
inspiration.
Do you have any last words?
Love in grand proportion. Laugh in
magnificent volume. Dream beyond all that makes sense, and live in greatness.
You deserve nothing less.
Tania I enjoyed learning all about you and your books. Thank you
for visiting.
